The Warrior (NPC Class)
A Warrior represents a mercenary, town guardsman, regular soldier or other person with some basic training in weapons and armor but lacking in true expertise. Highly skilled men-at-arms should be represented by a full player class like fighter, ranger or even rogue.

Class Features
Hit Points
Hit Dice: 1d8 per level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 8 + your Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d8 (or 5) + your Constitution modifier per level after 1st
Proficiencies
Armor: All armor, shields
Weapons: simple and martial weapons
Tools: gaming set, vehicles (land)
Saving Throws: Strength, Constitution
Skills: Athletics, Intimidation, plus choose two from Animal Handling, Medicine, Survival
Modest Lifestyle
Your skill with arms and willingness to risk your life provides you with a Modest lifestyle (see pg 158 PHB).
Tough and Determined
Once per day, a Warrior can choose to have Advantage on one saving throw. Use of this feature must be declared before dice are rolled to determine success or failure of the save. This feature begins at 2nd level and extends to twice per day at 6th level and 3 times per day at 10th level.
Extra Attack
You can attack twice, rather than once, when taking the Attack action on your turn.
Killer Instinct
Once per day, you can re-roll your damage on a single attack that hits an opponent.You gain this ability at 3rd level and may do this twice per day at 7th level.
